Privacy policy
The home page sets no cookies without your consent. Below: visit statistics, what happens when you email me, and the older pages of the site.

Visit statistics
The home page (also /en/) counts visits anonymously and without cookies: I store only daily totals (device type, page language, the website you came from, which cards were opened and clicked), with no IP address and no identifier of any person. If you click “Accept”, the page also loads Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited), which sets the _ga cookies and analyses how the page is used. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); you can withdraw it at any time with the “Change my Google Analytics choice” button in this window on the home page. Google keeps the data for up to 14 months and may transfer it to the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Fonts, images and scripts load from my own server; the hosting server keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, time and page address) for security.
When you email me
I process your email address and the content of your message to reply and, where relevant, prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). I keep the correspondence for as long as the conversation or cooperation lasts, then for the period required by law or needed to defend claims.
Older pages of the site
Some older pages (blog, contact form) use third-party services: the form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, fonts are served by Adobe Fonts, comments run on Disqus and newsletter sign-up on MailerLite. These services may process data such as your IP address and browser details and may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. I process form and newsletter data to reply or send the newsletter (Art. 6(1)(a), (b) or (f) GDPR); you can unsubscribe at any time.
Recipients
Data may be shared with my hosting and email provider, Google (Google Analytics — only with your consent), the services listed above on older pages, and my accounting office if we work together. Some of these companies may process data outside the EEA under standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability, to object and to withdraw consent. Write to poczta@bartekdziedzic.pl. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes UODO).
Links to other sites
The home page links to YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, studiosetup.pl and videoin.pl. Once you follow a link, those sites’ privacy rules apply.
